Rose ringed parakeet (male) feeding early morning

After 4 days of cloudy weather and intermittent rainfall, sunlight finally broke through. This male rose-ringed parakeet took full advantage of the good weather eating many mouthfuls early in the morning.

Post processing involved routine raw file processing, mild sharpening and conversion to jpeg.
